EZ Waste offers a variety of roll off container sizes to fit every job. With our service area extending from Southern RI into Southeastern CT, we can usually accommodate most requests within a 24 hour period, Monday - Friday. The following information will guide you in selecting the right size container for the job.
10 Cubic Yard Container - 10 feet long, 8 feet wide, 3 1/2 feet high. This is a popular container size for spring clean ups or small renovation jobs. If you have a small driveway or little yard space this could be the container for you. This container only takes up the area of a one vehicle parking space. It is comparable to 4-5 pickup truck loads.
15 Cubic Yard Container - 14 feet long, 8 feet wide, 4 1/2 feet high. If you don't think your job will fit in a 10 yard container, this is the size to consider. It is cheaper to order the next size up than it is to have a smaller container emptied and brought back to be filled a second time. This container is comparable to 7-8 pickup truck loads.
30 Cubic Yard Container - 22 feet long, 8 feet wide, 6 feet high. This size is often used for large remodeling or new construction projects as well as major home clean-out jobs.
40 Cubic Yard Container - 22 feet long, 8 feet wide, 8 feet high. This size container is usually used for building demolition. Whether tearing down a house, garage or commercial building, if you are using machinery to raze and load this is the container to consider.
All of the container sizes listed above have one end that opens on a hinge like a door to make it easier to load bulky items. You can just walk items like a sofa right into the container and close the door when you are done. All the container sizes listed above are approximate dimensions. Depending on the manufacturer the exact dimensions may vary. Special instructions and or pricing may apply if you are disposing of materials such as yard waste, concrete or rubble. Our staff can guide you with that as well as explain any additional fees for Freon units etc. Please keep in mind that whether we are delivering or picking up a container, the truck needs room to maneuver so keep the area clear.
Roll off containers are not water sealed. Anything liquid will leak out. Therefore we ask our customers to not put any liquids into the containers. Also prohibited are any materials that are hazardous, explosive, flammable or toxic.
